Weed Control Strategies:

Pre-Emergent Application

A properly timed pre-emergent application is applied to turfgrass areas to eliminate weeds as their seeds begin to sprout by creating a protective barrier in the soil containing growth-inhibiting chemicals. The seeds will be unable to undergo cell division or produce enzymes needed to create a seedling. In return, you can expect a beautiful yard year-round.

Spring Broadleaf Weed Application

A properly timed broadleaf weed application is applied to turf in the spring. The herbicide applied to the turf will be absorbed by the weeds’ foliage and transported to the roots along with the carbohydrates destroying the weed.

Fall Broadleaf Weed Application

A properly timed broadleaf weed application is applied to turf in the fall. The herbicide applied to the turf will be absorbed by the weeds’ foliage and transported to the roots along with the carbohydrates destroying the weed.

Spot Spray Application

Spot spray applications throughout the growing season are applied to turfgrass, rock areas, mulch areas, gardens and more.
