Even the best trees can grow too large and become unsafe for their location. This willow had become a hazard to adjacent buildings and people enjoying their yard in this Old Town Fort Collins home. The willow’s immense size required special equipment and skills to take it down and remove it safely.

We used a crane to support the tree while we cut through the 5-foot diameter trunk and then moved the trunk to a nearby parking lot where we could finish cutting it into smaller pieces that we could load onto one of our trucks for removal.
